Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies and materials to provide preventative maintenance and replacement of parts where required. Annual maintenance inspections will be required annually or after recommended manufacturer runtime hours. Additionally, maintenance may be required when the indicator light on the machinery is lit. Parts are to be replaced where required to ensure good working order of all equipment. Compressors are to be inspected within 30 days of award of quote, all inspections will be completed on site under the supervision of the designated Virginia ABC employee. All inspections must be accompanied by an inspection report indicating the equipment is in working order. The Contractor shall provide the inspection report upon completion of the inspection. Maintenance exceeding $500 will require a written quote prior to the repair being initiated. The Contractor must be available within 72 hours in the event that there are maintenance concerns with the equipment (warning lights, etc.). A two (2)-hour window will be allowed for travel time in the case of repair calls. In the event a repair is necessitated due to the failure to conduct preventative maintenance, service fees and travel fees will not be assessed.
