Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Successful Bidder shall furnish all tools, labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide Community Cleanup Services for County of Henrico, Department of Public Utilities as needed and requested in strict compliance with the Scope of Work/Services. The Successful Bidder, by submitting a bid for this contract, certifies that he/she has a minimum of three (3) crew with each crew consisting of one (1) backhoe w/ operator and three (3) dump trucks w/ operator to meet the requirements as outlined in the Scope of Work/services. The Successful Bidder shall collect, transport, and offload the collected items at the designated disposal facilities. Types of items for collection shall include, but not be limited to, yard litter (bagged loose material such as leaves and pine needles), bulk trash, old furniture, appliances (free of freon), and brush.
