A. The Contractor shall provide offsite call center services (to include but not limited to) furnish all buildings, labor, tools, supervision, equipment, training, and incidentals necessary, within the terms, conditions, provisions, and schedules as required in this request for proposal. Page 4 of 30 RFP-73274 Call Center Services B. ELECT reserves the right to decrease or increase daily service hours on an asneeded basis with a four (4) hour lead time given to the Contractor. D ELECT must have real-time access to Contractor’s system to monitor type of calls received and call volume. E. ELECT will provide scripts to Contractor that cover the primary questions received by call- center. F. Contractor must track all calls received by major category established in Section VII of this request for proposal.
