The USFWS is anticipating the solicitation and award of one firm fixed price construction contract. The contractor shall supply all materials, labor, supplies, equipment, benchmark elevations, and any other incidentals to perform all operations required to complete the work in conformance with the statement of work, drawings, specifications, and all current codes. This statement of services is for the construction of a new Multipurpose Facility for the co-located staff offices of the Montezuma NWR and Ecological Services New York Field Office and a Visitor Center. The project includes the two-story Staff Offices, Exhibit Space, Multipurpose Room, and associated Site Work at 3395 US Route 20 East in Seneca Falls, NY.
