The University is interested in firms with demonstrated experience: Large-scale installations within a University environment, including compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity requirements. Manufacture, installation, and maintenance of building automation systems for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment as well as large district cooling plants Partnering with University maintenance teams to perform design, material purchase, installation and maintenance in-house, including making all software, hardware, and tech support available directly to University staff Implementing a system within an existing large-scale BAS installation base (The University has over 200 buildings with some type of BAS control)
