Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a monthly written report to the facilities representative outlining all services and checks performed. These shall also include observations, trends, malfunctioning or worn equipment, vegetation replaced and water tests when required. Check all vegetation health and replace unhealthy or dead vegetation as needed. Pruning may be required to downsize overgrown vegetation and remove selected dead leaves and/or branches. Check the flow nozzle distribution at the top of the wall to ensure all areas of the wall are receiving fresh water. The Contractor shall ensure the lobby floor is protected when bringing in any motorized machinery to perform work. Perform a full mechanical check of all living wall mechanical systems. Check the low flow sensor alarm.
