Typical tasks may include analyzing impacts of proposed regulatory changes, making recommendations for changes in water production processes, and assisting with permit preparation, preservation and negotiation with various regulatory agencies. • Help resolve issues related to water treatment processes, facilities or operations. Typical tasks may include performing pilot testing of water treatment plant processes, evaluating treatment options to improve water quality, enhancing treatment efficiency and reducing energy consumption. • Provide project development. Typical tasks may include planning, studies, reviews, and reports. Provide preliminary construction cost estimates and short and long-term renewal and replacement plans with prioritized needs. Design phase services may include topographic and subsurface utility surveys, architectural and engineering for civil/site, geotechnical, hydraulic/plumbing, electrical, mechanical, structural, HVAC and instrumentation and control systems. • Contribute administrative or management assistance during construction, start-up and operation and maintenance.
