Specifications include, but are not limited to: The new units shall be selected based on the existing equipment data, provided drawings equipment list sheets, Contractor field investigation, and size of duct entering the AHU equipment. Updated drawings are not required by the School System for the like-in-kind replacement. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all required permits to perform the project successfully. At the end of the project the Contractor shall provide operation and maintenance manuals and warranties. The workmanship warranty shall be minimum 1 year from Substantial 2 Completion with a minimum 5-year parts only compressor warranty. The work shall be performed when school is not in session, after school hours, or during the weekend. Due to the size of the units, contractor shall ensure units are operable prior to school starting. Refer to schedule in Attachment D.
