Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2. Ensure life, AD&D, and short-term disability claims are managed effectively and efficiently. 3. Provide high quality, efficient program administration and services, including but not limited to: a. Maintaining accurate payment records. b. Providing state-of-the-art data tracking and claims payment services. c. Providing plan utilization, claims, enrollment, and premium data to the Schools on a quarterly basis. d. Maintaining separate accounts or subgroups as required by the Schools. 4. Provide administrative support services that simplify the work input and administrative time of Schools’ benefits staff. 5. Maintain a local or toll-free customer service number for covered employees and Schools’ benefits staff.
