1. Provide Seven online (7) Train the Trainer Series (Two trainers - Max attendance 14 persons) 2. Collaboratively work with DBHDS Recovery Services to select participants across the Commonwealth 3. Develop four (4) Emotional CPR Trainer-of-the-Trainers in Virginia based on the National Empowerment Center standard. 4. Create a 30 question survey/evaluation and send to DBHDS for approval 5. Provide a link to participants to complete a 30 question evaluation of the training. The evaluation results, to include data on training participants, demographics and training outcomes, shall be shared with the DBHDS. 6. Develop Virginia specific PowerPoint presentation that DBHDS will have ownership after contract has ended. 7. Provide Emotional CPR training manual, hard copies and electronic copies, for each participant. 8. Obtain DBHDS’ pre-approval for all training material (evaluation, PowerPoint presentation, resource book, etc.). The Purchasing Agency will: Collaborate and provide logistical support as needed. Approve Survey/Evaluation before final training session. Approve all training materials.
