Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposals submitted should reflect the Offeror’s ability to produce a school yearbook for elementary, middle or high school levels. Due to the diversity in the requirements for each of the different schools, Offerors should address and indicate all options for all phases of production. Options should include, but may not be limited to, trim sizes, paper stocks, bindings, covers, end sheets, type styles and sizes, photography, proofs, graphics, design assistance, use of color, etc. Pricing should be provided for all options. Defective products shall be replaced at no cost to the school/student, including shipping costs. Offerors should provide experienced representatives to work with school yearbook personnel on a regular basis. These representatives should provide workshops and training sessions as needed to address any questions regarding production or financial matters. Offerors should have the ability to schedule in-school and in-plant consultation whenever deemed necessary by the school. School staff reserves the right to visit any Offeror’s production plant to review press runs of their full color document, to tour the plant or to perform a final consultation with in-plant personnel regarding their publication. Offerors should provide a local or toll-free telephone number for use by school yearbook staff. A single point of contact should be provided for contractual issues.
