Lease. The initial term of the lease expired 02/28/2025 and is currently in Stand Still, however, the lease contains a 5-year unevaluated renewal option. VHA has a continuing need for 15,725 RSF of administrative and related space by exercising the final and only (1) five-year renewal option term. The current facility is located within the delineated area of North: Pearson Bridge Rd South: Adams Hill Rd East: Bingham Rd South-West: Adams Hill Rd. The VA is now poised to award the unevaluated renewal option with the incumbent Lessor without full and open competition for continued occupancy for the period 03/01/2025 through 02/28/2030 at this leased location.
