The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified offerors to establish one or more contracts through competitive negotiation for the purchase of all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items necessary to fill a critical need in qualified IT instructors. Additionally, this RFP aims to support the expansion of course offerings in high-demand IT programs. The selected vendor(s) will help ensure that our institution can meet the growing educational demands in the IT sector, enhance student learning experiences, and contribute to workforce development by providing skilled professionals in the field of information technology. VCCS invites any qualified offeror to respond to this RFP by submitting a proposal for such work, services, and/or items consistent with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
