CASC is seeking bids from hotels ONLY (no event planners) with on-site conference facilities, including lodging, direct meal services, and conference rooms. Read the Scope of Services document carefully for details. Bids must be submitted in eVA along with the hotel name, address and contact information. This bid request covers hotel accommodations for two nights, meeting space for two days, break-time beverages, hot breakfast and lunch, a hospitality room for networking, Wi-Fi, and parking for a training program July 13-14, 2026, in Wise, VA for approximately 20 people (estimate). Hotel location should be on or near East Main Street and and must be convenient for pedestrian access to restaurants, shops and services
