Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Grayson County Board of Supervisors voted to adopt the PPEA guidelines at its April 13, 2023 meeting, and consistent with this process, County Administration has accepted this unsolicited proposal for consideration. Therefore, in accordance with the Public-Private Facilities Infrastructure Act of 2002 (PPEA) (Va. Code § 56-575.1, et seq.), the unsolicited proposal shall be posted for a period of not less than 45 days. Grayson County has received an unsolicited proposal under the PPEA, intends to evaluate the proposal, may negotiate an interim or comprehensive agreement with the proposer based on the proposal, and will receive for simultaneous consideration any competing proposals that comply with the procedures adopted by the County and the PPEA.
