Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Construct new 16' x 16' open sided shelter • Posts to be min. 6" x 6"x 12' treated lumber. Posts shall be AWPA/UC4B rated • Roof system to be 6/12 pitched scissor trussed "hip roof" design with 12" overhang. Roof covering to be standing seam metal {color TBD) with aluminum gutters • Floor to be concrete finished slab • All interior and exterior wood surfaces will be stained {color TBD) • Contractor responsible for portable toilet, onsite dumpster, and landfill costs • All OSHA safety guidelines must be adhered to during construction All county building permits, fees and/or engineered stamped design will be required. Structure must meet all County code requirements for wind and snow loading along with proper footings.
