Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Stafford is soliciting sealed Proposals for the purpose of establishing a renewable term Contract with one (1) or more qualified Vendor(s) that has demonstrated experience and understanding of the needs of state and/or local government. The intent of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain technical services to provide for the complete redesign of Stafford County's Economic Development and Tourism websites. The County's Department of Economic Development is looking for a firm(s) with the capabilities to provide comprehensive creative and technical services to develop, design, and maintain a non-proprietary database driven website and content management system to support the County’s economic development and tourism functions. The Offer shall be able to address/include use of social media and search engine optimization tools, as well as flexibility and transportability of web-hosting services.
