1.1 The purpose of this Quick Quote is to solicit quotes to design, develop, and fully maintain a custom tourismfocused website, a mobile application, and maintenance service. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for delivering, supporting, and maintaining both platforms and shall provide a dedicated project manager as the primary point of contact for the locality. The Contractor shall retain full responsibility for all work related to the website and mobile application. While third-party plugins may be used within the website’s CMS, no third-party developers or subcontractors may be used for the mobile application’s development or maintenance. The Contractor shall deliver modern, secure, userfriendly digital solutions and provide ongoing maintenance and support for both platforms. A. Website Design: Contractor shall Design a responsive, modern website (approx. 20 pages). • Provide custom UI/UX aligned with branding. • Build the website on a CMS (WordPress or similar). • Include the following features: 1. Pages: Home, About, Things to Do, Events, History, Agriculture, Outdoor Recreation, Restaurants, Amusements, Places to Stay, Plan, Blog 2. Forms (contact/inquiry); Direct email plug-in must be included. 3. Events Calendar- Must be able to have ability for participant submission, locality review and approval process; AI integration preferred. 4. Interactive Map of locality with icons that link to high area tourism locations. 5. Social media integration from hashtags onto main page. 6. Audio/Video integration required. • Integrate SEO and analytics; data must be compiled monthly. • Project must be fully ADA compliant in accordance with new 2026 required government regulations. • Provide all ongoing maintenance for technology updates and security.
