Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract with a qualified full-service marketing firm with the resources, experience and abilities to provide Website Design, Implementation & Hosting Services to Loudoun Water. Loudoun Water is seeking to redesign and expand the functionality of its website to offer visitors a more interactive and engaging user experience. Loudoun Water’s website was last re-designed/refreshed in 2009. The site is currently hosted by Trekk Cross-Media. While the site works and generally provides relevant information, it is cumbersome, unattractive, and lacks consistency, which impacts the overall user experience. The content management system is also dated and cumbersome. With Loudoun Water’s recent launch of SAP enterprise software, the new website must link to Loudoun Water’s separate, SAP-integrated customer interaction/payment portal.
