A. Provide population and business growth trends. B. Provide potential sewer growth analysis based on County / Town Zoning standards. C. Provide potential sewer growth on environmental constraints (topography, wetlands, etc.). D. Development of an inventory of existing sanitary sewer facilities. E. Development of design criteria for analysis of existing facilities and design for future facilities. F. Analysis and evaluation of the existing system under existing and future development conditions. G. Review of existing Wastewater Facilities Plans, reports, studies, codes, regulations. H. Development of a plan showing the recommended improvements to the system incorporating existing facilities and wherever possible, a technical analysis of alternatives. I. Preparation of cost estimates for the recommended improvements specifying any parameters for a system development charge or connection fee associated with new connections to the sanitary sewer system.
