CONTRACTOR shall carry out full replacement of three Fine screens (Base Bid A) and one Coarse screen [if the Additive Bid (B) is accepted by the Town], all electrical and controls upgrades at the Town of Purcellville wastewater treatment facility located at 1001 SOUTH 20TH STREET, PURCELLVILLE, VA, 20132, as further described and achieve substantial completion within 330 calendar days and final completion within 360 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP), according to the drawings by Jacobs Engineers in Bid documents Part II Town of Purcellville, Virginia Basham Simms Wastewater Facility screens replacement project, Specifications, Package AB – General and Informational Drawings, Package A – Fine Screen Replacement, and Package B – Coarse Screen Replacement. All construction methods and materials shall be in conformance, compliance, and in accordance with these Contract Documents and the most recent versions of: Town of Purcellville Facility Standards Manual; Town of Purcellville Material Specifications and Standards Booklet; Loudoun Water Engineering Design Manual.
