Specifications include, but are not limited to: Warhill High School Auxiliary Gym Addition and Interior Renovations for Williamsburg-James City County Schools, Virginia, as shown on Contract Documents prepared by HBA Architecture & Interior Design, Virginia Beach, Virginia. The gymnasium is approximately 12,245 SF and is connected to the existing high school through (2) two new fire rated doors and includes a multi-purpose room. The interior renovation is approximately 240,695 SF of existing construction finishes renovation. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: selective demolition, site utilities, TPO membrane roofing, standing seam metal roof panels, composite metal soffit and canopy panels, masonry exterior wall/brick veneer assemblies, gymnasium equipment, hardwood athletic flooring, resilient flooring, tile flooring and walls, painting, gymnasium bleachers, access control hardware, plumbing/mechanical systems, electrical systems, and fire suppression systems.
