Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to produce, package, and deliver wristbands in accordance with these specifications: 1. Type: Tear-off, single-use wristbands (Tyvek® or equivalent) 2. Durability: Standard event-grade, suitable for up to 12-hour wear, tamper-resistant adhesive closure 3. Size Options: Quote for ¾-inch with no print and 1-inch width single color print 4. Print Options: • Option A - Solid color (no printing) • Option B - Custom printed with single color JYF logo and/or QR code (artwork provided by Agency) 5. Colors (8 total): Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Pink, and one alternate (e.g., White) • Distribution of colors shall be as follows: o 75,000 of each color except red and pink o 125,000 of red and pink 6. Quantity: Vendors shall quote pricing in accordance with pricing schedule options. • Please reflect volume discounts and cost of shipping in pricing schedule. • Delivery is required within 30 days of proof approval. • Shipping cost is the responsibility of the vendor. Additional costs for shipping will not be accepted. 7. Packaging: Rolls, bands, or grouped bundles acceptable. Each color shall be clearly labeled and packaged separately. 8. QR Code (Optional): If option B is selected, agency shall furnish single color graphic, not to exceed 1” x 1” that shall be scannable with a mobile device.
