For the purposes of this RFI, OAG is requesting information to identify solutions that could meet or exceed the following general requirements: • Cloud-based system highly desirable. • Provide a database similar to what school systems use for visitors. • Visitor registration capabilities to include scanning a state issued ID and digitally capturing visitor information. • Ability to print out visitor badge/name tag on-site. • Ability to capture who has visited, time of arrival and departure. • Data correlation / resolution and advanced analytical tools • Workflow management and administrative reporting • Automated and manual records purge / deletion capability • Generate automated reporting on purge / deletion activity • Include entity resolution/correlation tools for resolving/correlating entities in the solution • Automated ability to discover associations (links) between people, places, and things in the solution. • Enable users to make associations (links) between people, places, and things w i t h i n t h e solution. • Enable the association of people, places, and things in the solution with those in other databases. • Have tools that can analyze data collected from disparate database queries to create intelligence. The tool(s) shall be able to analyze information from multiple criminal justice systems and provide a match and scoring analysis with a ranking of query results based on the initial search parameters. • Enforce Role Based Access Control to ensure that a user sees only the data that the user is authorized to see in response to database queries and all other functionality that provides data from the database to a user. • System must include a records management component capable of logging: requests for information, assignments, incoming information and significant events. • Have the ability to expand and enhance interfaces with other OAG systems and external systems. • Support the OAG staff by minimizing administrative work performed in the development of intelligence products including the import of files/documents/photographs from external sources, access to editing and other manipulation tools, automated entity analysis tools, automated workflow processing, and automated dissemination. • Support the OAG staff by minimizing administrative work performed in the development of intelligence products including the import of files/documents/photographs from external sources, access to editing and other manipulation tools, automated entity analysis tools, automated workflow processing, and automated dissemination. • The security requirements address areas such as user authentication, password policy, and secure data storage and data transmission. • Have a capability to assemble and export all visitor logs into an Adobe PDF file or Microsoft Word or Excel file that administrators can download and provide to OAG’s Executive Team. • Performance and availability are vital therefore the solution should be capable of 24/7 availability with minimal required downtime for updates, patching etc. • Import and structure data for use in visitor analysis, and trend and pattern analysis. For example, how many visitors for each department. • Automated ability to generate timelines detailing the actions and activity of multiple subjects and account for multiple objects such as weapons, communications devices and locations within the OAG premises.
