The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for a vendor to install and maintain the cabling and infrastructure necessary to operate a virtual learning center as well as provide the hardware and hardware incasing necessary for residents to receive the virtual education. A. Each JCC School needs the cabling and infrastructure for delivering virtual education services to resident/students located at each school and also for those students for whatever reason have to be separated from the JCC on-site school. The locations for providing the infrastructure are: i. Culpeper Juvenile Correctional Center ii. Bon Air Juvenile Correctional Center iii. Beaumont Juvenile Correctional Center iv. Reception & Diagnostic Center b. There is already an E-Learning application. c. DJJ is looking for a vendor that can provide deliverables that include i. Concept / Methodology ii. Design (Hardware, Network Cabling, Maintenance, On-Going Support) iii. Schedule and Manpower Assessment
