The primary goal of this RFI is to inform and guide VDOE’s revision and implementation of new, rigorous statewide assessments that emphasize the development of innovative assessments, including but no limited to items and scoring procedures, to better measure student learning accurately. Additionally, enhanced reporting mechanisms will be introduced to deliver actionable insights.
