The tractor shall be a Ventrac Model 45RC or equivalent, Model Year 2025 or newer, in new and unused condition. The tractor shall be made for commercial use. Tractor shall be dual operation to allow the operator to ride on or use the remote-control feature. The remote control shall have an operating distance of no less than 500 feet from the tractor. Tractor shall have a gas engine with a minimum of 32 HP. Tractor shall have a frame that both articulates and oscillates for greater stability on slopes. Tractor shall have the ability to mow extreme slopes up to 30 degrees. Tractor shall have a drive system that is full time All-Wheel Drive. Tractor shall be equipped with all terrain tires. Tractor shall have a weatherproof fuse box for use in inclement weather. Tractor shall have a heavy-duty steel frame, metal grill and fenders, and skirted side panels to protect the motor from debris penetration.
