Specifications include, but are not limited to: Jaunt is seeking proposals from highly qualified firms to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract to furnish/provide graphic design, production, and installation services for vehicle related graphics and or decals on Jaunt vehicles. Jaunt is looking to wrap approximately ten (10) to fifteen (15) buses by June 15, 2023 and more over the next 2-3 years. A. Graphic Removal – All vehicles will require removal of old graphic wraps from vehicles and preparation for new wrap. B. Creating logos, graphics, wrap designs, badges, patches, striping and lettering to include, but not limited to the following: 1. Materials: All materials furnished under this contract shall be new and unused. Materials shall be 3M unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Director of Maintenance. Jaunt has a design file that has been created for a Ford Transit Van that we will provide the selected vendor that will need modifications to fit our other vehicles. 2. • All reflective materials to be 3M 680 Series reflective sheeting and processed using approved 3M processes and materials • All printing to be done on a 3M authorized inkjet printer, using approved 3M inks and processes • All graphics to be over-laminated with 3M Scotchcal Luster Over Laminate 8519 • All graphics to be kiss cut, weeded, and pre-masked with 3M SCPS-2 or 3M SCPM-3 • All graphics to come with 3M MCS warranty
