Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Purpose and Intent of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a firm fixed price contract with one (1) qualified source for the procurement of two (2) new 2018 or newer Cab and Chassis with Service (Utility) Bodies for Prince William County Public Schools. Contractor shall provide all necessary parts, labor, tools, materials, equipment and resources as may be required to furnish and deliver the following new vehicle in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions stated herein. All accessories shall be assembled and attached to the vehicles and ready for PWCS use. PWCS reserves the right to make the sole determination of whether the year, model and/or options offered meet the minimum specifications and are acceptable in accordance with the specifications herein. Vehicles shall include the following: • Virginia State Safety Inspection – Current. • Temporary Virginia Tags (30 day). • Operators, Service and Parts Manuals. • Vendor advertising shall not be displayed on vehicle.
