. The Contractor(s) shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, travel, incidentals and related items necessary to supply all metal needs for the Community Colleges on an as needed basis. 2. Contractor(s) shall be responsible to prepare the metals (sheets, rods, bars, other relevant accessories) per Purchase orders submitted by VCCS colleges. Preparation mentioned above includes, but is not limited to: • Cutting the metals per specifications provided in the PO, • Transportation from contractor worksite to the relevant college and unloading it at specific sites as shown by contract administrators • Unloading the materials. 3. The Contractor(s) shall be responsible for any metals not cut to specification and shall provide a replacement piece to the college at the Contractor's expense within five business days.
