A. Remove all plaster ceilings as noted on the attached plans. First Floor, Second Floor and Third Floor, removal shall include all fasteners, metal lathe, hanging wire and plaster. B. Remove all surface mounted and pendant mounted light fixture. Dispose of all fixtures. Remove/disconnect all exposed surface mounted conduit/wiring. C. Remove all surface mounted devices, including fans, conduit, specialty items etc. Store these items for reinstallation per Owner's direction. D. Contractor shall furnish his own dumpsters for all debris. All debris should be removed from all rooms and should be cleaned up each day. Contractor shall be responsible for removal of all debris from the site. E. At the end of the project, Contractor shall provide a final clean of each space; dust all areas; and sweep/vacuum all rooms. F. Contractor shall furnish and install new "ACT" ceilings in all spaces where ceilings are removed. New ceilings shall be a suspended grid system by Armstrong or approved equal. Grid shall be suspended by wire attached to the structure above. All tile shall be 2'x 2' and shall be Armstrong or approved equal.
