Specifications include, but are not limited to: Preventative Maintenance 1. Contractor shall provide a statewide Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule within 60 days of signing the task order for all locations where pre-coordinated access is required. 2. Contractor shall perform one (1) preventative maintenance visit annually at each VDOT facility location where security systems are known to exist. The one exception to this is in regard to the Anti-Vehicle Barriers installed at the HRBT and MMMBT islands and the Barrier Gate at the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. This equipment shall receive two (2) preventative maintenance visits annually. 3. Contractor shall, in addition to the two (2) required preventative maintenance visits on the Anti-Vehicle Barriers installed at the HRBT and MMMBT islands and the Barrier Gate at the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, perform preventative maintenance on these barriers and gate anytime when performing a corrective maintenance function on these barriers and gate. 4. Contractor shall perform proactive preventative maintenance inspections and activities in accordance with industry standards for each type of security equipment or component in accordance with the pre-determined schedule or as otherwise directed in the Maintenance Task Order. 5. Contractor shall document and report to the VDOT Project Manager or designee, upon request, all anomalies discovered during preventative maintenance activity. 6. Contractor shall mitigate identified anomalies while on site or identify a course of action and submit to the VDOT Project Manager or designee.
