Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to provide and install additional security cameras equipment, hardware, and software to upgrade the current video security system. Offerors may include several options in their proposal. A. The current video security system supports 240 IP cameras over 3 exacqVision Z-series network video recorders. The system supports the users via the exacqVision client and through our access control system. The access control system is designed in IWS v8.1 Indusoft Web Studio. B. The Jail is a local adult detention facility housing pre-trial and convicted inmates for Hanover County, Caroline County, and the Town of Ashland, all located in Virginia. In addition, the Jail houses United States Marshall Service (USM) prisoners through an agreement with the USM Service and holds stateresponsible inmates waiting transfer to other Virginia Department of Correction facilities. The Contractor should provide the following along with all other hardware, software, and accessories necessary to complete the project. A. Twenty-six (26) Illustra Pro 12MP Fisheye or equivalent compatible cameras B. One (1) exaqVision Z-Series NVR or equivalent to support up to 80 IP cameras with 60 days of continuous video recording storage C. One (1) network rack D. Two (2) 48-port network switches to support the additional cameras and allow for future expansion
