Contractor shall provide all supplies, packing materials, boxes, equipment, floor/wall protection, labels, labor/personnel, supervision, and vehicles necessary to move the Fairfax Public Defender’s Office from 4103 Chain Bridge Rd. Suite 500 Fairfax, VA 22030 to 4031 University Drive Fairfax, VA 22030. Contractor will not provide packing services. VIDC staff will pack their own boxes. VIDC will prep, disconnect, and reconnect all IT equipment. Virginia Indigent Defense Commission -4- RFP 108265 Boxes and other packing materials must be delivered no later than January 16, 2026. Contractor must be able to complete the move in 3 consecutive calendar days or less. Contractor must be available to conduct the move after business hours and/or on weekends.
