The VBDA is soliciting statements of interest and qualifications from interested firms to provide a variety of architectural, interior design, civil and structural engineering, surveying, mechanical, plumbing and electrical design, asset inspection, project management, technical and support services to support their assets and strategic development iniatives. Work orders under this contract may include the preparation of feasibility studies, condition assessments, planning and analysis, special testing and inspections, preparation of contract documents, design/build contract documents, and construction bidding and administration services. The selected firm will not be eligible to participate in any design/build solicitations and contracts resulting from these services.
