Supply all labor, equipment, materials, supervision and other incidental items required to perform the following general tasks: 1. Replace and restore all substation/driveway base and gravel surfacing. 2. Furnish materials for and install all concrete foundations for all equipment and facilities, substation structures, circuit breakers, and oil containment basins. 3. Furnish material for and install the oil containment system around the two power transformers as well as the regulators, integrating the existing foundation into the new containment basins 4. Provide and install a substation grounding system. 5. Provide and install all fence grounding, including installation of 3 feet of stone outside the entire substation fence. Fence has been installed by others. A portion of the fence along the North and East sides is at the top of a retaining wall. 6. Provide and install Four (4) potential/current transformer junction boxes, including fuses and terminal blocks. 7. Install Owner-furnished substation steel structures, anchor bolts, flat washers, nuts, and leveling nuts. Repair any damaged galvanized coatings. 8. Install Owner-furnished substation bus, bus conductor, bus connectors, jumpers, and associated hardware. 9. Install Owner-furnished switches, insulators and surge arresters. 10. Install one (1) Owner-furnished 69 kV circuit breaker. Breaker is on site...
