Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide content development and consulting to help VDBA build a strong community of small business owners in support of The Year of Entrepreneurship by sharing knowledge with each other using not only VDBAs existing publicly accessible platforms but also enhancing business interactions with the Commonwealth to understand better the needs of the community. Active communication avenues will be required to encourage small business owners to interact. Information resources provided by the State or other resources will aid in the delivery of resources to all participants. VDBA expects that the Contractor and the VDBA project managers will work together to plan, develop, and organize information resources on the existing platforms, which most likely will include planning sessions, regular meetings, and continued communication throughout the duration of the resulting contract.
