Task 1 –Define and Establish a Project Plan, Schedule, Resources, and Task Assignments • The Contractor shall assign a Project Manager (PM) as a primary point of contact with all contracted staff with the necessary qualifications and staffing support to ensure the project tasks' successful performance and that the Project Schedule and Milestones are met. • The PM shall organize, schedule, and conduct technical and management meetings to complete the work defined in any resulting contract. One (1) project management (progress) meeting should be held every two (2) weeks or as otherwise mutually agreed. • The Contractor shall provide a written plan with sufficient detail outlining the steps they will take to migrate to the UN to the City’s GIS team. • The City will review the deliverables and the Contractor shall address any comments. Task 2 – Technical Architecture Design and Build • The Contractor should be able to demonstrate that all known requirements are working properly by the conclusion of the project.
