The Jones and Cabacoy Veterans Care Center is seeking a single Contractor who is a certified service provider for JNL elopement protection system to provide services for the following: 1. Contractor shall provide one (1) JNL Door controller, antenna, card reader and door controls to allow the front sliding glass doors of the facility to remain closed if and when a resident with an elopement prevention bracelet or anklet is present in the vicinity of the door. The contractor shall program the elopement prevention system to remain closed until a badge is presented to the badge reader to reset the alarm. The contractor’s bid shall include all material, installation, setup, programming and testing. 2. Contractor shall add fourteen (14) HID card readers to the JNL elopement prevention system. The contractor shall program the JNL elopement prevention system for latching alarms when the elopement prevention system is activated. The bid shall include writing, material, installation, programming and testing. Contractor shall upload the access control database to the JNL server for staff credentials to acknowledge the alarm and reset doors.
