Contractor shall replace 11 shoebox-style light ̶fixtures on poles in the parking lot with LED ̶fixtures . Each ̶fixture shall emit 20,000 – 30,000 lumens. Contractor shall replace 19 high-bay light ̶fixtures in the warehouse and exterior shelter with LED ̶fixtures. Each ̶fixture shall emit 22,000 – 25,000 lumens. Contractor shall replace bulbs in 7 bollards and 2 ̺flagpole ̶fixtures along the exterior sidewalk with LED bulbs. Each bulb shall emit 700 – 900 lumens. Contractor shall replace 3 exterior hanging light ̶xtures near the building’s main entrance with LED ̶xtures. Contractor shall also furnish materials and labor to replace bulbs in 3 recessed light ̶fixtures near the building’s side entrance with LED bulbs. Each ̶fixture and bulb shall emit 3,000 – 5,500 lumens.
