1.The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, fuel, and traffic control, to include all equipment and flaggers as required per the most recent version of the Virginia Work Area Protection Manual (VWAPM) and any other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements stated within. The work shall consist of tree pruning, small tree removal and brush removal along with the disposal of all generated debris for the purpose of enhancing safety for the public. Roadway shoulders shall include up to 4 sides (medians) on divided highways. 2.The Contractor shall be capable of commencing work within ten (10) calendar days of award of this IFB. On each succeeding work assignment, the Contractor shall begin work within fourteen (14) days and shall work consistently until the assignment is complete, unless a different starting date is mutually agreed upon.
