Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall conduct an assessment of all VDH communications, including broadband communications and Internet access, to determine eligibility for participation in USAC, RHCP. 2. The Contractor shall report to VDH the number of eligible sites for USAC, RHCP funding. 3. Of those VDH sites that are eligible for USAC, RHCP funding, the Contractor shall prepare all the necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner to request the funding from USAC, RHCP, ensuring that VDH sites receive maximum support at all times under the provision of the RHCP. 4. The Contractor shall act as a point of contact for VDH sites in reviews and audits by the RHCP. 5. The Contractor shall provide a written report fully describing the process, procedures, and savings to VDH by participating in RHCP. A preliminary draft report must be submitted for review to VDH with any subsequent VDH suggestions and/or revisions incorporated into the final report.
