Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor for security services shall provide the means to fulfill the requirements identified herein. Implementation of the requirements includes, but is not limited to, assuring the physical security of the premises, controlling access to the facility, overseeing the conduct of persons on property. This shall be accomplished by, but not limited to, insuring that: a. Unauthorized persons do not gain entry to the premises. Any entry by unauthorized persons will be reported to the appropriate authorities specified in the Security Officers Post Order Book. b. Incidents will be reported by the most expeditious means to the supervisor in charge and to the other personnel requiring such information. Specific notification instructions will be issued. c. Security personnel will remain constantly alert to the presence and movement of personnel throughout their area of responsibility and will be on watch for unusual events and activities.
