Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall furnish uniforms and personal equipment to include all appropriate items used by employees in fulfilling the intent of these specifications. Security guard uniforms shall be neatly fitted and maintained in good state of repair, clean, and pressed at all times when security guard personnel are on duty. The Contractor shall, at their own expense, whenever necessary and required, take such precautions as may be necessary to protect life, property and structures, and shall be liable for all damages occasioned in any way by their act or neglect, or that of his/her agents, employees or workers. The Contractor shall protect all public and personal property and repair or replace any such property damages or theft by or their employees. B. The Contractor, and all its personnel, shall take such precautions as may be reasonably necessary to protect life, real property and personal property. C. The Contractor shall be liable for all personal injuries and property damages caused by or resulting from the errors, acts or omissions of its personnel in the performance of duties under the contract. The Contractor shall protect all public and personal property and repair or replace any such property damages or theft by or their employees.
