Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor must be authorized to umpire games for teams/leagues not registered with USA Softball. If registration with USA Softball is required, the contractor will be responsible for the registration of teams and associated costs should be included in contractor’s fees.•The contractor shall have established policies for code of conduct and/or sportsmanship violations in place.The bidders shall provide a copy of their: a.Code of conduct and/or sportsmanship violations b.Supervising and Training Policy c.Cancellation and Refund Policy d. Officiation ad Complaint Policy•The contractor shall provide one (1) umpire per regular season game. Two (2) umpires may requested for playoff and tournament level games upon County request.
