Specifications include, but are not limited to: Use of Approximately 37 Acres of Real Property for Hay Production and Field Maintenance. A. Vendor shall limit their agricultural activities solely to the production of hay and the maintenance of the fields, i.e. bush hogging. There shall be no livestock or other animals kept on the Property. B. The County reserves the right of its officers, employees, and agents to enter the Property at any time for the purpose of viewing, surveying, testing and boring, or making other investigations, the same not to interfere with the occupancy of the Vendor. Should damage to Vendor’s operation ensue, the County will fairly compensate the Vendor for such damage. C. Vendor shall not cut or trim live trees except with written permission of the County. D. Vendor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and County laws and regulations. E. This Agreement shall be terminated upon breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement, upon written notice
