Specifications include, but are not limited to:General Requirements. 1.The Contractor will have five years of experience in providing unarmed security services. The successful Contractor will provide security services five days a week excluding RBHA holidays for 107 South Fifth Street, Richmond, Virginia. The Contractor will provide two unarmed, uniformed security guards. The successful Contractor will work cooperatively and diligently to achieve a smooth transition between successful Bidder and incumbent. 2.Knowledge and understanding of Federal, State and local laws and RBHA rules and regulations enforcement (e. g. contractor personnel respond to calls, determine nature of problems, and resolve them). 3. Monitor all closed circuit television surveillance security systems. 4. Provide routine and emergency protection and security support services, including emergency procedures support, crisis management, hazardous detection and intrusion alarm control. 5. Perform all necessary services to assure the safety and protection of building occupants
