A. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver the materials listed within the solicitation. These materials shall be delivered to specified location within 10 - 12 weeks of VDOT’s order being placed with winning bidder. Contractor shall submit shop drawings of panels within one week of award notification for VDOT’s approval to proceed. B. Materials: Items needed are as follows: Two panels approximately 29 feet 6 inches long by 7 feet ½ inch wide with 5- 3/16” open 4-way galvanized open grid decking panel (A709 Grade 50 Galvanized). The manufacturer of the grid deck panel must be certified by the American Institute for Steel Construction (AISC), American Welding Society (AWS), and the Bridge Grid Flooring Manufacturers Association (BGFMA). Evidence of certifications may either be submitted with bid or must be provided within 24 hours of request.
