The Contractor shall haul loaded, Chesterfield County-owned, 125-yd3 MSW tipper trailers and 40-yd3 roll-off containers from the County’s convenience centers to the Republic Services Old Dominion Landfill in Henrico County or the Waste Management Maplewood Landfill in Amelia County. The Contractor shall dispose of waste in compliance with Virginia Solid Waste Management Regulations and all other applicable local, state, and federal environmental regulations. The County will notify the contractor once the containers are filled of waste. Contractor shall pickup and replace container within 24 hours of Chesterfield County’s notification. A work order ticket shall be given to the Site Supervisor or designee after each pickup. Corresponding weight tickets shall be emailed to the Assistant Operations Manager on the same day or upon request. Hauling transport services shall be inclusive of all labor, materials, vehicle costs, fuel costs, mileage, etc. No additional costs shall be allowed. The County will be responsible for all tipping fees at the landfills.
