1. The contractor shall furnish and install Warn brand truck winches and accessories on two (2) VSP-owned Ford F-350 vehicles. All supplies and related material furnished by the contractor shall be new and of first quality. 2. The contractor shall be within a 50-mile radius of the VSP Headquarters located at 7700 Midlothian Turnpike, North Chesterfield, VA 23235. 3. All installation work shall be performed at the contractor’s facility. The Virginia State Police (VSP) will transport the vehicles to and from the contractor’s location. 4. The contractor must be an Originial Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or an authorized reseller of Warn brand items. a. Letter of Authorization from Manufacturer: Bidders shall provide with their bid response, a letter from the manufacturer on manufacturer’s letterhead, verifying the bidder is authorized to sell their products in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Failure to provide documentation substantiating this requirement may result in the bid being deemed nonresponsive. 5. Prices bid shall be all inclusive. No extra charges are permitted. 6. Point of Contact: The contractor shall appoint a single point of contact responsible for managing the order, production updates, and delivery coordination with VSP. 7. Proprietary Specifications: All products must be the specific brand name requested. No substitutions are permitted. 8. Compliance: The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations related to the production and delivery of the specified items. 9. The contractor must have adequate and secure parking for the VSP vehicles. All vehicles belonging to VSP and in the possession of the awarded contractor shall be secured inside a locked building or within a secured fenced storage yard or lot that will adequately protect them from theft, vandalism, or accidental damage. 10. The contractor shall be solely responsible, at its expense, for the replacement or repair of all VSP owned vehicles if lost, stolen, or damaged while under the care and custody of the contractor.
